FLAS is accredited by the Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education of Montenegro (ACQAHE / AKOKVO) , a sole official accreditation body in Montenegro. The process of accreditation involves independent QA of all majors, course syllabi, assessment procedures and other academic bylaws, and teaching staff qualifications and contracts. The accreditation allows FLAS to award 3-year Bachelor’s liberal arts degrees (180 ECTS credits).
